You'll actively incorporate contemporary theory and practice into therapy that promotes the independence and wellbeing of our elderly clients. This will include:Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up-to-date individualised care plans.Maintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Referring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessary.Liaising compassionately with our clients and their families.What makes a difference for us? You'll have:Tertiary Qualifications in Speech PathologyExperience as a Speech Pathologist/Therapist, preferably in the aged care or NDIS sector (Highly desirable).
