About the role
You will be responsible for developing policies, standards and guidance to meet CPS230 requirements with a particular focus on Critical Operations. Working closely with stakeholders and implementation teams you will have the opportunity to shape the organisation's approach and play a key role in continuously strengthening the resilience of all Critical Operations. Duties will include:
1. Writing and providing input into Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Control Objectives
2. Providing guidance and support to implementation teams
3. Oversight & challenge to ensure continued compliance with relevant sections of CPS 230
4. Identifying themes/systemic issues and emerging trends
5. Providing input into various risk committee/governance forum reporting procedures
6. Data integrity and quality for governance and assurance purposes

Experience desired to succeed in the role:
13. Tertiary qualified with strong hands-on experience in risk / compliance management, significant knowledge and experience in Operational Resilience related disciplines, coupled with banking & finance industry knowledge
14. Ability to form and own opinions, and respectfully challenging on compliance arrangements where appropriate
15. Interpret regulatory requirements and transpose into policies, standards and control objectives
16. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including excellent negotiating, influencing and conflict management skills
17. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
18. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
