The Position:
Due to recent internal changes, they are currently seeking a confident, personable and team focussed candidate to become an integral part of their small team. Situated on the front desk you will be responsible for all Reception duties as well as administration support to the Sales Team.
The Responsibilities:
Some of your duties will include…
* Answering incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting customers and assisting in the showroom.
* Assisting in the preparation of tender documents
* Delegating sales leads to the team
* Assisting in the preparation of quotes
* Maintaining the database and various spreadsheets
* Other administrative duties as required.
