The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our valued Data Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing end-to-end delivery of data platforms solutions, from concept to operations, including design, build, test, implementation, and operations. You’ll draw on your expertise in data engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies to develop technical solutions that address business needs and operations targets.You'll make an impact by:Supporting the ongoing design, build, and operation of TPG Telecom Data Platforms.Developing technical solutions while ensuring consistency and compliance with architecture, security, and development standards.Collaborating with project managers and architects to scope projects in accordance with architectural objectives and principles.Managing production incidents and problems to resolution, including analysis, design, fix, and implementation.Identifying and promoting areas of improvement in technology, processes, and tooling.What you’ll bring:Experience in data solutions & pipelines, SAS DI, Teradata, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, Airflow, and Microsoft BI Stack.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field, and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.Software or Data engineering experience, particularly in a large-scale, complex data & analytics function.Certification or working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Waterfall principles and methodologies.Experience with Campaign Platforms, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, AWS Cloud, Analytics, Reporting, and/or Machine Learning.Excellent written and oral communication skills to C-Level audience.Ideally, you will also have:Experience with Pega.Effective negotiation and customer management skills.Innovation and creativity.A Flexible and adaptable approach.What's in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – Access to a free mobile plan‘Stay Connected NBN’ – Access to a free NBN 100 plan‘Your Leave’ - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every yearAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsCome join us and build a better future.
