Head of Solutions (Implementation) - APAC Energy Exemplar is empowering transformative energy decisions across the globe.Energy systems worldwide are undergoing radical changes to solve reliability challenges, meet clean energy targets, and integrate with adjacent industries.Energy Exemplar fits into this environment by revolutionizing the future of energy with clarity, speed, and innovation.We are the market leader in the technology of optimization-based energy market simulation.Our modeling software suite, made up of PLEXOS and Aurora, is used in every region of the world.We have over 500 customers in more than 74 countries.One of our core values here is customer success.In order to continually serve our customers, as our base has grown - so has our team.We now have over 400 employees worldwide, and that number continues to grow.About the Position This role reports to the Solutions VP (APAC).The main responsibility is to lead, manage, and oversee the implementation activities for Energy Exemplar's solutions in the Asia Pacific region.The Head of Solutions (Implementation) - APAC is expected to coordinate the entire process, from solution deployment, training, to successful integration of energy management and optimization solutions.The Head of Solutions (Implementation) - APAC is responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at driving successful implementation and utilization of Energy Exemplar's solutions in the region.To achieve this, they collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute processes supporting implementation and product deployment.Key Accountabilities and Duties Build a high-performance Solutions team across APAC, comprising of Energy and Data Analysts.Provide leadership and coaching to the Implementation team based on knowledge of industry and vertical market trends.Oversee project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.Drive project delivery excellence by establishing and maintaining rigorous project management processes.Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure that implemented solutions meet or exceed client requirements.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and align efforts in support of project delivery and customer satisfaction.Champion a customer-centric approach to project management and delivery.Maintain a keen focus on project outcomes and business impact, regularly tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.Drive a culture of innovation and learning within the Solutions team.Develop and provide guidance and direction on technical account strategies that align to customer business requirements and goals.Lead a team that is focused on product solution development, implementation, training and solving complex problems. Candidate Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Minimum of 8+ years' experience leading and managing technical teams.Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex technical projects.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Minimum of 3+ years' experience working with PLEXOS or similar simulation software.Strong track record in delivering projects related to net-zero, decarbonization, and new energy technologies.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Advanced knowledge of energy markets and economics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy economics, operations research, or mathematics.Master's or PhD in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.Additional certifications or training in project management methodologies preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
