Working with some of our largest mining clients, this role is responsible for shaping and growing our safety culture with a focus on care, trust and inclusion. This role works a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth. Key areas:Partner with leaders and customers to develop and execute business and site plansEmbed a risk based approach with a focus on every day, critical and psychosocial risksCoach and mentor leaders through a combination of site visits, facilitated training and workshopsDevelop and maintain the system with a focus on risk, health, compliance and customer expectationsManage serious incident investigations and regulatory notifications/interventionsMeasure and report on performance, trends and outcomesAre you the one?You enjoy a hands on role coaching, influencing, mentoring and providing specialist workplace health and safety advice to workers and leaders to drive safety across our sites, coupled with your ability to work in an open, collaborative and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role.
