Managing weekly payrolls for approximately 1000 employees Handling and resolving payroll queries and managing the query inbox Processing payroll adjustments – ad-hoc manual payments Setting up new starters Process termination payments Reconcile workers compensation Updating employee details and changes Month-end reporting and reconciliations Assist the Payroll manager with ongoing projects concerning system/process/ procedure improvement as required.
