Job Description
We are looking for experienced Independent Speech Pathologist contractors with knowledge of the NDIS landscape to work as part of our flexible workforce.

Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
* Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
* Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community.
* Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
What you will need:
As a contractor you will need the following.
* Current SPA membership
* 2 Years NDIS Experience
* Active ABN
* Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance.
* Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener
