Kearney Indigenous Scholarship Program
Kearney ANZ is committed to continuing our endeavours towards a diverse, inclusive and equitable working environment. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to be introducing our Indigenous Scholarship. This scholarship aims to provide an opportunity to students that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to launch their Management Consulting Career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in Kearney’s Indigenous Scholarship program and intern during Winter 2024/2025 Summer 2024/2025.

Scholarship details
The Kearney Indigenous Scholarship is open to students in their second year through to final year of university that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The recipient will be provided with:
1. Up to $20,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other educational related activities;
2. Mentorship from a senior consultant;
3. An initial 5-week internship over Winter in either our Sydney or Melbourne office (scheduled from June until end of July). The Candidate will have the option to extend this Internship over our 10-week Summer Internship (end of November until January); and
4. Access to all in-house training.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be:
9. An undergraduate Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identifying student in your second through to final year of study;
10. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and be accepted as such within the community in which they live or have lived. Please submit a letter or statement from your community, Land Council or cultural centre; and
11. Be an Australian citizen.
