The Role: This is a great opportunity to be a part of our Site Service Team at the Head Office in Dingley Village. Due to growth, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Administrator. If you have a professional phone manner, with the confidence to communicate with customers, accompanied by exceptional organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you! This position will be a Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4pm. Key Responsibilities: Training will be provided to the successful candidate. Customer service – this customer-facing role requires the ability to multitask effectively, addressing customer queries promptly via walk-ins, phone, and email, all whilst maintaining a professional manner.Provide administration support - staff, management, contractors & customers.Complete basic bookkeeping duties - issue sale invoices & process credit card payments.Supporting technicians – communicating with our technicians and customers to schedule and organise onsite activities.Procurement Administration – entering orders, coordinating & tracking purchases relating to sales orders including invoicing and payment processing.Key Requirements: Well-presented and confident individual who is comfortable interacting with customers.A customer-first attitude and a self-motivated approach.Superior administrator, clear and friendly communication skills.Highly organised and the ability to prioritise work demands.Proficient with MS Office Suite.Basic understanding of accounting packages & procurement.High level of attention to detail.Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.You will love using your initiative and understand that the role is not about any one individual but a collective team effort.
