In this role, you'll work closely with the team to implement a strong preventive maintenance program powered by the MDI framework.Accountabilities:Lead the charge as Line Centric Maintenance Lead, using the MDI framework to boost equipment performance and deliver factory KPIs.Liaise with all factory departments to coordinate maintenance activities in conjunction with the Mechanical and Electrical teams.Coach operators on Maintenance Excellence principles.Keep things running smoothly by managing precise records of maintenance activities, including work orders, services, equipment manuals, and inventory.Take the lead in resolving breakdowns and drive Root Cause Analysis to prevent future issues.Engage in new installations and upgrades with the Engineering department.Contractor management on site in accordance with McCain policies and procedures.About You:Degree qualified in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related area.5+ years' experience working in an FMCG company.Lean manufacturing experience in TPM, 6Sigma, MDI.Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis.Demonstrated confidence collaborating with others at all levels.Proven ability to coach and influence teams.The benefits of working for McCain:Opportunity to be a part of a global iconic brand, fun & high performing team.Employee & Family Assistance Program.Pioneering, innovative, and dedicated development programs.Opportunity to Chip In and give back to the community as part of our paid volunteer program each year.About McCain:At McCain, we're feeding the world: from French fries to cakes, we contribute to the important role food plays in people's lives.
