About the role Working within an established in-house office team, you will have a varied and dynamic role that encompasses estimating for all commercial office fit-outs including ceilings, partition walls, demolition, glazing, framing for glazing, door frames, doors, installation of hardware etc. Packages will vary from 100k - 2mill in value. Key Responsibilities for the role Overseeing all fit-out estimates and managing this process from end to end with the team and client. Collaborate extensively with the team regarding updates for all commercial quotes. Ensure all Australian standards are adhered to regarding OHS and all compliance documents. Skills & Experience Prior commercial estimating experience, essential. Trade background looked on favorably. Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure positive client relationship management progression and effective stakeholder updates. Full Australian working rights.
