The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to our clients and team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end NDIS client onboarding process, including documentation, communication, and follow-up.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
Handle general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NDIS guidelines.
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services and support options.
Coordinate and assist with events, workshops, and training sessions.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with NDIS client onboarding experience.
Strong knowledge of NDIS processes and requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
