As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive customer growth, enhance engagement strategies, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives.About the RoleThe Fashion Designer is responsible for conceptualising & designing pieces that align with the CSB’s brand identity and market trends under the guidance of the Senior Fashion Designer. They must be aware of emerging fashion trends and their relevance to the brand, translating the vision provided by the Brand Founder into commercially viable designs. This role will be involved in the entire design process – from initial ideation to final garment production – working collaboratively with the product development team to ensure successful delivery to the market.Key Responsibilities:Create original designs and concepts for seasonal collections that align with the brand vision and consumer sentiment, whilst adhering to option count.Stay on top of global fashion trends & target consumer behaviour to inform design direction.Work collaboratively with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective and produced to the company’s high-quality standard.Design styles to achieve required target COGS, RRP’s and category margin targets.Effectively communicate new designs to Product Developers & Garment Tech to ensure smooth transition from concept to product.Understand, adhere to, and work towards critical path dates to ensure on-time delivery of newness.Maintain timely and accurate execution of CADs.Ensure all information on new products is documented and available for marketing & brand to assist launch strategies.Use sales data & customer sentiment to review each range and target new areas for development.Incorporate sustainable design practices where possible, including fabric selection.About YouPassion for female empowerment, diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work deadlines and work independently.Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation and suppliers (verbally, written and visually).Able to receive constructive feedback and work collaboratively towards achieving the brand’s vision.Experience & Skills:Training in Fashion Design/Development or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Design or similar.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Proven experience in creating high-quality designs.Great knowledge and understanding of upcoming fashion activewear trends.Demonstrated experience dealing with offshore manufacturing suppliers.Strong knowledge of product development process, garment construction, and local and offshore production supply chain management.Experienced with use of Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD.Why Join CSB?Hybrid work model – balance of in-office & WFH.Parental leave package for both parents.State-of-the-art gym at CSB HQ.Competitive staff discounts.Be a part of our mission to empower women worldwide.Exciting team events & initiatives.How to ApplyIf you're ready to contribute to CSB’s mission and growth, we’d love to hear from you!
