Job Description
* We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
2. Developing and releasing job postings on various platforms.
3. Executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
4. Screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the interview process.
5. Maintaining a database of candidate records and following up on interview process status.
Key Skills
* Experience in recruitment or sales is highly regarded.
* A strong drive across leadership and business development.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
* The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.
