Anytime between 8 am-8 pm (Mon-Sat). Our clinics are open 12 hours per day. You select the hours you prefer.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare enrollment, case management, or a similar role, preferably within the NDIS or disability services sector.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a waitlist effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with participants, practitioners, and internal teams.
Knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures, including participant eligibility criteria and referral processes, is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently manage workload and responsibilities.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $75,000 + Super
Role Overview
At Soaring Health, the NDIS Allocations Team plays a crucial role in managing the allocations process for participants referred to our services. Your primary responsibilities will include triaging referrals, maintaining a waitlist, and facilitating the allocation of participants to appropriate practitioners based on their preferences and practitioner availability. Additionally, you will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of our practitioners' specialties, participant populations, and available services to ensure optimal matching between participants and practitioners.
