THE ROLE:
Joining a smaller subsidiary of the business specialising in long shelf-life fruit and vegetable products, this is a excellent opportunity to continue to develop your skillset at a high-volume FMCG business.
Duties will include;
1. High-volume purchase order management, servicing major supermarkets, retailers and food service businesses.
2. End-to-end customer service initiatives, including 3PL transport/delivery tracking and proactively updating the customer on the status of their orders
3. Working closely with wider supply chain team, accounts and warehousing to accurately drive outcomes for customers in a fast paced environment.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be an detail-driven and action orientated individual who is committed to working within a cross-functional team.
4. Previous experience in a similar role working within FMCG, food, beverage, or wholesale retail environment with exposure to supply into major supermarkets or retailers.
5. Excellent communication skills, you can tailor your communication style to those being engaged with.
6. Good system skills across MS Office programs and ERP systems such as SAP.
