What you’ll do
3. Drive the BIG W customer experience, creating relevant omnichannel experiences that are differentiating and meaningful for Australian families
4. Support the creation of an engaging omnichannel customer experience that seamlessly integrates across our store and digital channels including renewal canvas
5. Partner & collaborate with Communications & cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Store Format, Group Next Gen team, Digital, Retail ops) to ensure a unified approach to in-store and digital experiences that captivate customers and differentiate our brand.
6. Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data led market trends, and key performance indicators to continually refine and improve the customer experience; and stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
7. Assist to manage the associated budgets to deliver all Customer and Brand experience initiatives including production, media, licences and other expenses
8. Assist to manage the day-to-day relationship and commercial relationship with our print partner suppliers, utilising the partnership to evolve our in store experience
What you’ll bring
9. Previous experience in a marketing team for a successful customer-centric brand
10. Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner in a fast-paced environment
11. Customer centric marketing approach with a curiosity for what emerging technologies can bring
12. Bravery to try new things, thinking outside the box to deliver brand centric customer experiences
13. Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic marketing efforts
