Personal Injury Lawyer (WC/WID+Public Liability) - Associate-Special Counsel

Your Role
In this key role reporting to two partners, you will have the challenge and satisfaction of helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their workers compensation & work injury damages claims. If desired, flexibility to also practice in some public liability.
* Managing your own files from start to finish (approx 150): obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence & legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

Requirements
* New South Wales admitted lawyer with minimum 2 years or more (up to very senior) plaintiff personal injury legal experience highly autonomously managing workers compensation and work injury damages cases;
* Strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
* Strong communication, interpersonal and time prioritisation skills;
* Ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced deadline driven environment;
