The Business Development Manager role offers the opportunity to work as part of the leadership team in an integrated healthcare business located on the Gold Coast.
The position is ideal for someone who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding position.
We are seeking a seasoned professional who can develop and implement strategies to deliver the hospital's growth and development targets.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the hospitals growth targets aligned with the clinical services plan
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and General Practitioners
* Lead initiatives to generate referrals and expand clinical services
* Identify and promote new series within defined priority specialties
* Deliver healthcare business development programs with ambitious but achievable targets
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Experience : prior experience in private hospital clinical services development and procedural services optimisation
* Skills : excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Expertise : ability to articulate complex commercial proposals and use data to drive decisions
* Self-Motivation : proactive attitude and a proven track record of meeting growth targets in healthcare or hospital environments
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in business development, particularly in the healthcare / hospital sector
* Proven ability to deliver referral generation initiatives and optimise procedural services
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (eg Bachelor's in Business or a health-related field)

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
