We pride ourselves on empowering our employees and supporting them to be the best they can be.You will:Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.Produce designs, documentation, specifications, reports and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.Monitor projects for fee variations for consistency.Liaise with engineers and drafters to enable preparation of documentation.Manage design team of engineers and drafters including allocation of resources and checking work for small or medium projects.Influence, negotiate and manage effective professional relationships with clients, authorities and external stakeholders.About you:This role is ideally suited to someone with:Bachelor’s degree in engineering is desirable.Hold a current RPEQ certification in QLD.5+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering.Experience in design and documentation of small and medium range projects.Strong technical ability and understanding of the engineering principles.Good understanding of the QLD Code and Standards.Ability in using Revit/AutoCAD is an advantage.Interpersonal and communication skills.Enjoy problem solving and be a fast learner.Why TTW?You will have the benefits of flexible working, work-life balance, health & wellbeing programs, extensive training opportunities and much more.TTW is committed to fostering a work environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility, and welcomes diversity.
