The Role Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join their leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your day-to-day will look like Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding service. Supporting the GM with recruitment, training, and staff development. Overseeing functions, events, and daily operations. Ensuring compliance with all safety, licensing, and security requirements. Managing financial aspects such as budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Taking pride in elevating the venue’s reputation and driving its success. About You You’re a people person with a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality.
