Role Purpose The IT Manager will develop, build, and test a suite of applications, provide technical support, manage infrastructure, and maintain documentation. This role involves managing application releases, performing server maintenance, and contributing to development planning. The IT Manager will also support team members and clients while ensuring quality assurance and adhering to best practices. Key Responsibilities Development and Testing Develop new product features and simplify complex business processes. Test and document proposed features and fixes before release. Create and maintain detailed testing plans. Support and guide developers during the development process. Support Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot requests as needed. Investigate, test, and document findings for assigned support issues. Act as a technical resource during client implementations. Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Ensure documentation aligns with design and development standards. Quality Assurance Maintain version control for applications and coordinate client upgrades. Audit and update technical information to ensure data accuracy. AWS Infrastructure Management Manage cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and maintenance. Implement and support security strategies. Client Relations Deliver proactive client support aligned with company values. Maintain honesty and professionalism while protecting business interests.
