In this busy role, you will undertake a variety of tasks including:
* Contribute to and maintain the existing sales pipeline and report accordingly.
* Cold call prospective clients and follow up regularly to arrange introduction meetings.
* Identify, research, and target prospective clients and industries to approach.
* Review tender opportunities through registered websites and identify new tenders.
* Participate in meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
* Work with key stakeholders to provide information and deliver quotes/proposals.
* Prepare sales proposals and quotes, and assist in negotiating agreements.
* Follow up on proposals and quotes issued.
* Assist in transitioning new clients and maintaining relationships.
* Source new stakeholders and contractors as required.
You will also be involved in national and international sales requests, attending meetings, and providing information as needed.
Additionally, you will assist with general administration tasks, create and maintain a services rate card, and support marketing initiatives such as newsletters and social media content.
