You'll help new residents settle in, keep communication flowing between residents and management, and oversee the Village Services Officer. From organising activities and social outings to providing guidance on life transitions, you’ll play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life. You’ll also manage emergency call reports, coordinate optional and external services, support prospective residents, and work closely with care teams when additional support is needed. Beyond that, you’ll assist with property turnover, keep leadership informed, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensure fire and safety training is up to date, promote village living, attend special events, and contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement.
