Journey Early Learning is seeking an experienced Training and Events Coordinator to join our growing team. In this highly critical role, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Pedagogical Strategy team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Pedagogical Strategy, your main focus will be to ensure high-quality coordination and execution of events and training initiatives, supporting Journey's commitment to professional growth, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of outstanding outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities: Administration support across the Pedagogical teamEvent and Training Session CoordinationManage logistics for in-person and virtual training eventsVenue and travel managementData and Records ManagementUpdate and manage learning management systemsExpense ManagementComprehensive reportingOversee and maintain project boards ensuring timelines are metContribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives Skills and experience: Previous administration and event management experience at a high levelDemonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for eventsExperience in scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communicationProven experience in record and data management, including high level reportingExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationshipsHighly proficient computer skills, including MS Office suiteStrong organisational skills and ability to multitaskEarly Years experience highly advantageous What we offer:
