The Role
Join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator, managing the order process from quotations to invoicing with accuracy and efficiency. You'll be the key link between Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams, ensuring seamless transactions and account support.

Please note, this is a hybrid position based out of the Seequent Perth office (2 days WFH).
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
* Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives located across APAC to support with complex renewal processes, including quote preparation and opportunity management.
* Become a Salesforce expert with respect to input, custom queries, views and output reports.
* Oversee the management of vendor portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
* Coordinate with internal departments (licensing, finance, support) to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in business administration would be an advantage but not essential
* Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
* Experience working in technology or software industry is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools.
* Excellent attention to detail, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and interpret sales data effectively.
