The Opportunity This is a newly created role within the Commercial business unit to create, implement and deliver the government and external affairs strategy. This role is a 12-month contract. You will be working across all therapeutic areas and closely with the Leadership team. Your position will be office based in either the state of Sydney, New South Wales in Australia or Canberra, ACT. Key Responsibilities: Creating and implementing advocacy plans Working with regional and global teams across these plans and strategies Partnering with the leadership team here at ANZ for maximum collaboration Attending relevant conferences to advocate for ANZ Essential Knowledge & Experience: Recent and extensive experience in working with pharmaceuticals Existing relationships within the government sector in Canberra and at the state level Medicines Australia certified Preferred Knowledge & Experience: A background in women's health and oncology therapeutic areas Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in science, business or equivalent Additional Information: This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. This role is a 12-month contract.
