This is a rare and unique opportunity for a business-minded Occupational Therapist to develop and manage clinical services. After taking the Occupational Rehabilitation market by storm, this Allied Health owned service plans to provide the same top-notch service to clients with a disability. As the General Manager / CEO, you will assist in business development, onboarding, growth plans, quality assurance and manage a team of expert clinical contractors across NSW. You will work alongside passionate and entrepreneurial leaders dedicated to high level service provision and enjoy a rewarding and autonomous leadership role.
The role details:
* Lead and manage this new Service division: Launch into the NDIS | Clinical services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
* Develop marketing plans and foster business connections
* Onboard and support clinical contract staff ensuring smooth integration
* Quality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Grow teams in areas across NSW.
* Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships.
* Provide one assessment per week to keep you hands-on, without billable pressure.
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
* Previous NDIS Experience
* Great Leadership skills and flair for managing relationships
* Strong understanding of support coordination process
* Excellent communication and written skills
* High level attention to detail and a love of quality
* Ability to manage contract OT staff.
