Blue Collar People is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join one of our clients in the industrial services sector. The company is a global leader in robotic cleaning solutions for mining, government, industrial, manufacturing, processing, and wastewater industries, all based in Western Australia.
The Role
Reporting to the Field Support Manager, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the workshop. This is a hands-on role in a small team, requiring excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating inwards goods, checking quantities, and dispatching materials
* Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment
* Regular stocktaking and equipment documentation
* Maintaining a clean and organized workshop
* Testing equipment, including hoses, and pressure cleaning as needed
* Handling deliveries and collections
* Operating HR vehicles in the yard
* Processing customer invoices, warranties, and supplier invoices
Skills & Qualifications:
* Forklift License (essential)
* Ability to multitask, self-manage, and prioritize effectively
* Previous experience in a similar warehouse or workshop coordination role
* HR License (desirable but not essential)
