The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for high-quality customer service, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and vibrant cafe environment. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and upholding our brand's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Organise and oversee the daily operations of the cafe to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with baristas and kitchen staff to plan seasonal menu offerings that reflect customer preferences. Manage budgets, monitor financial transactions, and maintain accurate stock and inventory records. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards to maintain a welcoming environment. Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff to uphold high service standards. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and foster a loyal customer base. Requirements: Qualifications: Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a coffee or cafe environment. At least one year of experience as a full-time in the coffee service industry, with knowledge of latte art and serving a variety of coffee styles. Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and proficiency with coffee machines and coffee grinder. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Language Proficiency: Must demonstrate proficiency in English, with an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall preferred.
