Key Responsibilities Include: Manage ongoing profitability of the property, ensuring financial and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. Ensure full compliance with building and hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards. Responsible for compliance with trust accounting legislation and all Australian laws pertaining to the operation. Liaise with owners regarding their properties, ensuring maximum returns and owner satisfaction. Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the Body Corporate Committee and Strata Manager. Attend Body Corporate meetings as required. Ensure upkeep of Body Corporate common areas as per the Caretaking Agreement subject to the specific property. Strong passion for creating workplace culture - including motivating, training, and developing staff. Maintain excellent product and service standards. To be successful in this role, you MUST have: Knowledge/experience in strata building management is an advantage. Minimum 2 years previous experience as an Executive Assistant Manager/Operations Manager or General Manager within a hotel. Demonstrated exceptional financial and revenue management ability. Confidence in your capability to build strong relationships, effectively resolve difficult situations, and implement solutions that improve the service levels and financial results of the business. A commitment to providing an exceptional experience for your guests. Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.
