We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to play a key role in the continued success of our Sydney office. This role is a blend of administration, office management, and recruitment support, requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies and vendor relationships, coordinating meetings and event arrangements, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Additionally, you will drive key administrative projects, generate high-level reports, and provide top-quality support to a busy team of consultants. Assisting senior leadership, you will manage calendars, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information with discretion.
