With our head office based in Nunawading, VIC, Statcom is currently seeking a Compliance Support Administrator to join our dedicated and growing team.
About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Support professional to oversee the Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Fire & Life Safety processes from start to finish.
In this Part-Time role, you will be responsible for managing and updating compliance-related correspondence from clients, contractors, and internal staff to ensure our systems remain accurate and up to date. This includes handling service records, emails, phone calls, and system-generated updates.
You will also play a key role in communicating with clients, offering guidance and support to help them navigate the ESM compliance process for their properties.
Key Responsibilities: Track, process, and follow up on building compliance and maintenance documentation.Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with building and facility managers, contractors, and internal teams.Set up new system users and manage data entry related to compliance and maintenance.Provide additional administration support to the team when required.About You: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving approach.Strong customer service skills with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders.This role will suit those who enjoy working in an autonomous environment and are highly organised and passionate about assisting team members and clients.
The successful applicant must have the ability to obtain a Working with Children's and Police Checks.
A competitive salary package, based on previous industry experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
Other items such as computer, uniform, and other required items for the role will also be supplied.
This is a Part-Time role working 9am to 5pm preferably Tuesday to Thursday.
