About the Role
We are seeking multiple Contact Centre Operators to deliver essential support services for our department's operations.
* Deliver high-quality customer service through strong engagement in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
* Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Identify, refer, and assign non-standard enquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolution.
* Maintain currency in knowledge of policy, legislation, and related business processes to respond efficiently to customer needs.
Key Requirements
* Work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm.
* High-quality customer service experience.
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
* Comfortable working remotely on a hybrid model.

The estimated salary for this role is $67,840 - $86,120 per annum (based on a 38-hour week), depending on experience.
