Thirteenth Beach Golf Links, one of the country’s premier golfing destinations has an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team.If a stunning natural outlook, great staff benefits, ongoing training, and a working environment with a healthy blend of growth, fun and professionalism sounds appealing, then this position is for you.Key responsibilities include:Work in conjunction with the Clubhouse Manager & Head Chef to ensure the restaurant delivers a world class experience for members and guests alike.Responsible for all areas of food and beverage service and the service experienceResponsible for all aspects of staff service training and product knowledge.Developing and maintaining strong and sustainable relationships with members, guests and visitors.Work with the Clubhouse Manager to execute functions and events.Work with Clubhouse Manager to execute staff rostering in line with staff budgets and cost controlThe successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years previous experience in managing food and beverage operations in reputable clubs or restaurants. The chosen candidate will also possess the following attributes:Strong knowledge and passion for food & beverage.Strong organisational skills and a 'can do' attitudePrevious experience working in a high-end full service restaurant.Extensive local and international wine knowledgeA demonstrated history of training and mentoring staff that contributed to the delivery of increased customer satisfactionA history of working within budgeted guidelinesStrong verbal and written English language skillsHave a professional, friendly and engaging personalityUnderstanding of OHS requirementsExperience in event management and coordinationAttractive salary package will be offered dependent on qualifications and experience.
