In this role, which can be based out of our Sydney or Melbourne offices, you'll be at the forefront of defining our product strategy and roadmap, leading proposition and pricing development, and driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and offers. Your focus will be on growing the financial contribution of Cloud and Security across the Enterprise, SMB, Government, and Wholesale sectors. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of product managers and cross-functional experts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality cloud and security solutions. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service, Planning, and Technology teams to ensure product and offer launches are executed with precision and efficiency. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Cloud and Security P&L, providing key inputs into revenue, cost, and physicals forecasts during budgeting cycles. Develop business cases to support new products and offers. Supplier and Partner Management: Manage and collaborate with key suppliers and partners to unlock growth opportunities. Contribute to achieving financial and customer experience objectives of the Cloud and Security portfolio. What y ou’ll bring to this role 5 years of experience in product management, including product strategy, proposition development, pricing, and GTM, ideally in telco or consumer-facing industries. E xpertise in cloud security best practices, policy development, and familiarity with cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms. A proven track record in leading end-to-end product and offer design, business case development, and lifecycle management. S trong commercial acumen and the ability to effectively analyse data, derive insights, understand drivers and sensitivities, and model impacts. Excellent at translating strategic direction into tactical offer and program design, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy. P ossesses exceptional communication skills and a highly collaborative style, coupled with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to meet targets and keep initiatives on track. A self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills and demonstrated success in leading product teams in developing cloud-based and security-focused services.
