About the role This proactive, hands-on Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor will play a key role in driving safety culture and engagement on-site. More than just providing advice, this role focuses on delivering practical solutions and ensuring effective implementation. By working closely with site teams, it will drive collaboration, enhance safety awareness, and foster a positive safety culture. Duties Implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation Visiting site and engaging with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Health and Safety related enquires Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in Health and Safety performance Engaging with the internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact Skills & Experience Experience in a similar role within construction, ideally within residential, mixed-use or high-rise construction Experience implementing health and safety policies, in line with relevant legislative requirements Experience working on sites, engaging with internal and external stakeholders CertIV in Health and Safety, or equivalent Experience establishing and maintain good working relationship at all levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio Culture This company is highly respected within the industry, and are continually looking to elevate their standards.
