We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Registered Nurse with a passion for quality improvement to join our team as a Quality Assistant at Darwin Private Hospital.
This role will see you working closely with our Quality and Infection Prevention Manager to facilitate, implement, and monitor our hospital's clinical safety and quality framework. You will be responsible for assisting with quality improvement initiatives, projects, and activities that focus on maintaining patient safety, patient experience, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance.
Your key duties will include:
* Participating in clinical data collection, collation, and analysis
* Reporting writing
* Meeting minutes and associated administration functions
* Assisting with staff onboarding and vaccinations
