About the Role
We're looking for a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team. As a key member, you'll help provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, conversations, and educating them on available digital solutions.
You'll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, engage in needs-based conversations, and fulfill products according to your accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but also strong advocates for ANZ.
You'll be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your passion for delivering our Customer Promises will ensure customers leave the branch as strong supporters of ANZ.

What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.

* Contribute to significant customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for customers.
* Actively participate in bank programs and initiatives.
* Take responsibility for knowing your customer from a risk perspective.
* Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
