THE ROLE As a Growth Marketing Analyst at Indie Campers, you will play a crucial role in driving APAC's growth by managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, across different channels - Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic & SEO and CRM - together with developing impactful partnerships. You'll be involved in expanding our market presence, improving cost of acquisition, and increasing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Revenue, Marketing, and Product, to execute initiatives that maximize bookings and enhance customer engagement. You will be part of the APAC Revenue Team, reporting directly to the General Manager of APAC, and working closely with the HQ Growth, Revenue, and Product teams. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to maximize bookings. Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, COS) and continuously improve campaign efficiency. A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to optimize landing pages and conversion flows. Work closely with Product and Web teams to improve website experience and reduce bounce rates. Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify new acquisition opportunities. Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic brand and commercial partners to drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and expand our reach. Develop and manage influencer marketing, referral programs, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to boost brand awareness and website traffic. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 2 years of experience in Digital marketing, managing Performance Campaigns on Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience managing B2B partnerships, influencer marketing, or referral programs is highly valued. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Passion for travel and the campervan rental industry is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.
