About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial role assisting the PM Team in ensuring the smooth operation of the property management portfolio. You will be mainly responsible for conducting OFI's and routine inspections of a diverse range of properties and may also undertake receptionist duties at times.
The hours of work for this role will be 3 days per week from 9 am to 5 pm.
Experience is preferred but an entry-level position may be considered for the right candidate who is genuinely interested in starting and developing a career in the industry. Whether you are an experienced Property Manager or a newcomer to the industry, excellent customer service, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
