Ray White is seeking a talented mid to senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Based in Sydney, this temporary role will be responsible for delivering Ray White's visual identity and brand essence through exceptional graphic design.The TeamWe are a 20 strong marketing team made up of marketing and project specialists. A large yet agile national team, together we drive the brand, social media and content, PR and media, and internal communications for Ray White. On any given day we could be working closely with any of our 6 state / national corporate teams, liaising with any of our 800+ franchisees or working with our senior leadership team to bring life to new product launches, campaigns, or tech initiatives to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry. We're a close knit team with a great culture for rolling up our sleeves and just getting things done.The RoleSuccessfully develop briefs from concept to completion.Work closely with 2 inhouse graphic designers, 2 VA designers, 1 developer, and freelancers as required to lead projects and deliver all Ray White marketing collateral.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Champion of the Ray White style guides ensuring they are up-to-date and developed for new channels.Understand (or be willing to learn) the templating structure of marketing materials and collateral. We have 12,000+ templates across all property marketing and agent / office marketing materials - so it's an important one to get!Be down with processes, including:Briefing and design studio processesMeticulous filing of all jobsConsistent communication with your team membersBe heard! If you can suggest ways to do things better either with a job or just in general we are very open to change. Set brainstorm meetings with the team for brand and project development.Your typical week may look like:Creative concepting (e.g., product and brand development, campaign development)Brand concepting and photoshootsCorporate design support: presentations, video editing, supporting marketing collateralEvent branding and designeNewslettersSocial media content (animation experience highly desirable)Network assets: property and agent profiling templatesMix of print and digital design (e.g., digital banners and minisites)You'll fit in just great if you:Have a great attitude!
