About the opportunity The Production Supervisor will be a critical role to ensure that success plays out at the front line, acting as the conduit between strategy and operations. This role exists on the afternoon shift and will be driving a headcount of circa 30 across multiple process settings. Core aspects of the role will include: Driving production outcomes against core KPIs - output/quality/safety/efficiency Helping rollout and execute best practice manufacturing initiatives on the shopfloor - Lean/CI Ongoing training and development of operational staff - the business has a strong history of growth/development from within What we are looking for? This role will be best suited to a manufacturing professional with FMCG experience; however, there is also opportunity for manufacturing professionals with complex industrial experience to be considered. Demonstrated leadership experience at Supervisor/Shift Manager/Coordinator level within a manufacturing setting Exposure to best practice manufacturing methodologies like Lean/CI/Six Sigma well regarded Strong people leadership skills - someone who has successfully led through change and built credible professional relationships on the shopfloor to drive these outcomes.
