Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to manufacturing requirements.
* Maintain and control a preventative and emergency maintenance program for all plant services and facilities.
* Coordinate and execute fault finding, diagnostics, isolation, shutdowns, repairs, and modifications.
* Identify inefficiencies in processing and recommend maintenance solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Supervise maintenance staff, including managing shift, overtime, and leave rosters.
* Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to address breakdowns and related issues.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Trade qualifications and/or tertiary engineering degree required
* Proven expertise in maintenance strategies and end-to-end maintenance within food manufacturing.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated track record in development and process improvement.
