Your role
On the 16 December, St Andrew’s Community Home Care business in northern NSW will be welcomed onto the integratedliving team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the delivery of in-home care services was we continue to invest in this region.
You will:
* Actively build your team’s connection to integratedliving’s purpose and values and lead exceptional high quality and safe client services.
* Lead and implement operational, workforce and business plans.
* Identify, recommend and implement improvements to processes, systems, and work practices.
* Drive team and individual accountability for adherence to integratedliving policies and processes, and relevant external quality, safety and governance frameworks and regulations.
About you
You are a passionate and experienced leader who embodies our values and is committed to delivering exceptional community care.
You will possess:
* A relevant Health Sector qualification and a strong understanding of aged care principles and regulations.
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration (preferred but not essential).
* A strong understanding of aged care principles, regulations and best practice,
* Prior experience in a senior care facility or home care setting, with roles in care coordination or supervision.
* Experience in developing and implementing care plans, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver person-centred outcomes and maintain quality standards.
As the Community Aged Care Manager, you will also be strategic, resourceful, and able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and community.
