Robert Half are proud to be partnered with a prestigious organisation based in Abbotsford to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary basis. This role will initially be a 4-6 week contract with high possibility of extension.
To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum or 2 years' experience as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment

The role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will be:
1. End-to-end invoice processing
2. Supplier statement reconciliations
3. Setting up new supplier accounts
4. Payment runs
5. Expense reimbursement claim processing
6. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
7. Managing the inbox
Your profile:
8. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
9. Systems savvy - experience with ERP
10. Team player
11. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
12. 'Can do' attitude
13. Available on short notice
