Our client, a leading provider dedicated to worker wellbeing, requires an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations of the Executive Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritising tasks.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
* Prepare and organise Board reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings.
* Assist in the planning and execution of grants and tender applications.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Manage and perform all other administrative tasks as needed to support the Executive Management Team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
* Current Police Check.
