About the role:

You will have the opportunity to:
* Support clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community
* Enable clients' social connectedness, and provide services such as domestic assistance, personal care and respite care, supporting client independence at home
* Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
* Play an important role in the team by contributing to the assessment and care planning of each client as required
* Effectively communicate with your team, to ensure the best outcomes for each client

* Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial but not essential. We can help you learn and develop in the role.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
