With an innovative and customer-focused mindset, you'll thrive within a united and savvy team dedicated to achieving collective success.To be successful, you will have including but not limited to:5+ years of experience in data systems, reporting, and analytics.Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus.Proven BI Developer experience, focusing on data warehousing, data visualisation, and business intelligence.Strong experience migrating on-premises data structures to Azure Data Lake and proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server), along with experience in database modelling, tuning, and multi-dimensional data modelling.Experience with Power BI, including Paginated Reports, DAX Studio, and familiarity with data governance and data democratisation.Exposure to Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake Storage, and Databricks, as well as security frameworks such as ISO27001.Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and GIT for clean code deployment is highly regarded.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, plus a solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Ability to design, implement, and validate Azure Data Lake environments and data migration strategies.MEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
